This survey was previously known as the Homebuyer Report. It has recently been updated and reviewed by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). The RICS Home Survey - Level 2 is suited to properties dating from the 1900’s onwards that are of traditional construction and in reasonable condition. 
The survey consists of a comprehensive visual inspection of the property and includes descriptions, advice and condition ratings for each element of the building.
