Senior Building Surveyor

As part of our growth strategy we are looking for an exceptional senior Building Surveyor with excellent client facing skills to service our high net worth client base.
The successful candidate must have a keen eye for detail and experience in dealing with high value, historic and complex property.
We are not part of the corporate treadmill and offer a great work environment where all members of the team are valued. Our work is varied with a mix of residential surveying and professional work.
We offer in house training, CPD and technical support.
On target earnings of £60,000 - £80,000 OTE

About the role:
You will take ownership of a diverse and exciting range of building surveying instructions,
including:
Residential Building Surveys on a range of historic buildings
Undertaking a range of valuation work including RICS Red Book valuations
Specific defect reports and Expert Witness work
Project Management and Contract Administration
Advising on Party Walls matters
Undertaking building cost reinstatement assessments for insurance purposes
Planned preventative maintenance reports
Playing a proactive role in business development and relationship building
